5 ways to motivate yourself to rise early

1. Great start:- Rising early gives a great start to the day by enabling mind to prioritise important tasks. Tasks can even be listed down the night before.

2. Reaching on time:- When we start early, definitely we end up reaching our destination on or before time.

3. Cool & calm mind:- When we rise early and are already ahead of time then our mind is cool, calm and more balanced for doing difficult tasks.

4. Handling urgent or emergency situations well:- When we are comfortable and organised by starting our day early so well then we can easily accommodate any task which may require an urgent attention.

5. Mental satisfaction:- Rising early gives us a complete command over our time and thus we can complete our assignments in a better way which gives us a sense of mental satisfaction.
